Paul graduated as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from The London Dental Hospital in 1986 and worked within the department of Maxillo-Facial Surgery both there and subsequently at St Margarets Hospital, Epping until starting in general dental practice in 1987. He gained his MSc in Periodontology at UMDS Guys Hospital in 1991 and has worked in part-time private periodontal practice since 1989...

He holds a Membership in Restorative Dentistry (Periodontology), from The Royal College of Surgeons of England and a Fellowship with The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He is currently in private practice limited to periodontology and implant dentistry and is a part-time Consultant in Periodontology with a special interest in implant dentistry within Guys and St Thomas NHS trust at Guys Hospital. This involves providing implant treatment for complex cases and teaching implant dentistry to post-graduate students. He has worked with several different implant systems since 1987 and has lectured nationally and internationally on the subject. He has a particular interest in bone augmentation and non-invasive sinus grafting techniques.

He has previously been an examiner for the Diploma in Implant Dentistry for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and sat on the board of the Specialist Advisory Board for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Claire graduated as a Bachelor in Dental Surgery from Guys Hospital in 1986, after which she spent six years gaining experience in General Practice. She then returned to Guy's Dental Hospital and gained a Master of Science in Conservative Dentistry in 1993 where she stayed on to teach undergraduate dental students. During this time she gained her Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
She then entered a part-time hospital training pathway as a Specialist Registrar based at Guys and the May Day Hospitals. During this time she passed her Diploma in Dental Sedation with distinction. Her training was completed with her Exit Fellowship Examination in Restorative Dentistry in 2004. She has held locum Consultant posts at Kings and then Guys in the Department of Sedation and Special Care.

She was appointed to her current post as Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at Barts and the London NHS Trust in 2006, where she provides treatment planning advice for General Dental Practitioners. She is an Educational Supervisor and is involved in Postgraduate and Undergraduate teaching. She runs an implant treatment and teaching clinic, conscious sedation teaching and restorative head and neck oncology clinics. Her other areas of clinical interest include fixed (crowns and bridges) and removable prosthodontics (dentures). She has published papers in peer reviewed journals and a chapter on implant overdentures in the British Dental Journal book series.

She joined the Restorative Dental Practice in 2005 and became a partner three years later. Her Private Practice reflects her NHS Hospital Practice with an emphasis on referrals for treatment of patients requiring implant dentistry, prosthodontics and restorative management of head and neck oncology patients. She also provides second opinions and carries out medico-legal work involving expert witness reports

General Dental Council Registered Specialist in Prosthodontics

Russell graduated as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Kings College London in 1990 and subsequently worked in general dental practice for twelve months. He then returned to Kings to undertake the post of House Surgeon in Restorative Dentistry and then Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He then spent a year as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital before returning to London in 1994.
Russell then took a post as Senior House Officer in Conservative Dentistry at the Royal London Hospital for eighteen months before embarking on a Masters degree in Conservative Dentistry at Guys Hospital. He was invited to teach both undergraduate and postgraduate students at Guys and combined this with being Principal of a Specialist Private Practice in Orpington Kent. Russell was accredited as a Specialist in Prosthodontics by the GDC in 2001.

He holds a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and a Membership in Restorative Dentistry (Prosthodontics) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Russell was President of his local BDA branch in 1994 and served on the committee for four years.

He continues to own and run a Specialist Restorative Practice in Kent and combines this with Specialist Practice in London's West End. He has a keen interest in Implant Dentistry, having been involved with it for over 20 years.

General Dental Council Registered Specialist in Prosthodontics

Having qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 2001, Katharine was offered a position at Guy’s Dental Hospital specialising in prosthodontics and conducted research on tooth wear. Katharine has continued to stay up-to-date by training in the latest dental techniques, gaining a diploma in conscious sedation from King’s Dental Institute in 2006. Katharine is highly skilled and very caring in working with nervous patients.
Katharine has worked and taught at a number of UK Dental Hospitals, gaining widespread experience reconstructing failing teeth and mouths with crown and bridgework, dentures, dental implants, veneers and repairing jaw and occlusal (bite) issues. She is also an expert at solving other complex dental issues including advanced tooth wear, restoring missing teeth, designing smiles, improving smiles, and stabilising dental health.

Katharine is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and is a General Dental Council registered Specialist in Prosthodontics. She is also the elected Chairperson of the British Dental Association (BDA) for 2018 – 2019 Cambridge section.

Consultant and Specialist in Restorative Dentistry

Ishpinder graduated in 2009 from King’s College London with a Bachelor in Dental Surgery, during which time she achieved several awards for her clinical skills and knowledge. She then completed senior house officer posts in both Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Restorative Dentistry, as well as time gaining experience in general practice. Following this, she embarked on a full-time restorative specialist training programme...
at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

During this time, she further completed an MSc in Conservative Dentistry for which she was awarded a distinction and research prize nomination for her dissertation. Ishpinder passed her Royal College Intercollegiate Specialty Fellowship exams and was entered onto the GDC specialist list for Restorative Dentistry in 2019 and awarded the FDS (Rest Dent) RCS Eng in 2020. She has recently completed a postgraduate teaching qualification in clinical education from King’s College London, for which she achieved a distinction, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Member of the Academy of Medical Educators.

Ishpinder was appointed to her current post as Consultant of Restorative Dentistry at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in 2020, where she provides clinical treatment for advanced restorative cases including head and neck oncology patients, patients with developmental anomalies and patients requiring combined orthodontic/restorative input. She further provides treatment planning advice for patients referred from general dental practitioners. Ishpinder is an educational supervisor for dental trainees and is heavily involved in providing teaching, mentoring and career development for junior dentists. She currently serves as a clinical lead for the undergraduate specialty clinics as part of her Consultant role. Ishpinder has recently co-edited the RCS guidelines on erosive tooth wear and is published in a number of peer reviewed journals. Outside of clinical dentistry, she holds an Assistant Secretary position with Restorative Dentistry UK, the professional membership organisation for restorative specialists and is committed to improving standards of care and raising the profile of the specialty.

She joined the Restorative Dental Practice in 2022 and her practice focuses on treatment of patients requiring prosthodontic treatment, implant dentistry, and multidisciplinary restorative cases including the management of head and neck oncology patients and patients with dental anomalies.

Jennifer studied dentistry as a graduate student, after achieving a first-class honours degree in Biomedical Science. She graduated in 2012 from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, having won prizes for academic achievement and sitting the London Gold Medal Examination.
Subsequently, she worked in practice in London, followed by three years as a house officer in hospital roles in Restorative Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Oral and Maxillofacial surgery.

Jennifer commenced her five-year specialty training in Restorative Dentistry in 2016 at the Royal London Dental Hospital. During her training she gained a wide range of clinical experience across the dental specialties of Periodontics, Prosthodontics and Endodontics, in addition to multidisciplinary management of patients. She has published in multiple peer reviewed journals, carried out research in the field of periodontology and presented nationally and internationally. She passed her Intercollegiate Specialty Fellowship Examination and her Membership in Periodontics Examination in 2021 and is registered on the GDC specialty lists as a specialist in both Restorative Dentistry and Periodontics.

Jennifer is a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at University College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where she treats patients requiring complex restorative rehabilitation and multidisciplinary care. Her focus is on the management of patients who have had head and neck cancer, dentoalveolar trauma and developmental problems including hypodontia and cleft lip and palate. She also runs consultant clinics, where she uses her experience in diagnostics and treatment planning for patients referred from general dental practice and other hospital departments. She is involved in training postgraduate dentists as an educational supervisor and a clinical supervisor and is an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Jennifer joined The Restorative Dental Practice in 2022. Her clinical areas of interest are in periodontics and prosthodontics. This includes surgical periodontal intervention, the management of periodontitis, and fixed, removable, and implant rehabilitation.

General Dental Council Registered Specialist In Periodontics

Neil graduated in 1992 from The London Hospital and immediately entered General Practice. In 1994 he became SHO and subsequently Associate Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery prior to entering Specialist training in the Department of Periodontology at Guy's Hospital in 1996, during which time he gained his FDS (Restorative) and MSc in Periodontology.
On completion of Specialist training in 2000, he gained his MClin Dent and MRDRCS and was recognised as a Specialist in Periodontics by the General Dental Council.

Neil joined the practice in 2011 and now divides his week between The Restorative Practice and a specialist referral practice in Surrey.

He has wide experience of the various periodontal treatment modalities including all types of non-surgical periodontal therapy and the treatment of advanced cases utilising a range of periodontal surgical techniques.

He is also currently involved in teaching courses and study groups relating to various aspects of periodontal treatment and dental implantology both within the practices at which he works and at other venues. Neil has a wide experience in dental implantology and is involved in mentoring General Dental Practitioners placing and restoring dental implants both in the UK and abroad.

Neil's experience in diagnostics, treatment planning and treatment is a useful resource for dentists who refer to him for advice and for their patients requiring his clinical expertise. He has developed his interest in the oral rehabilitation of patients with a combination of periodontal and restorative problems, and treats patients with a wide range of periodontal and other dental and oral related problems. He is always willing and available to discuss treatment planning and any other treatment problems with referring colleagues.

GDC Registered Specialist in Periodontology

Kia qualified from The Royal London Hospital in 1993. Following a brief period in general practice he developed an interest in periodontics which led him to enrol on the Periodontology Masters program at Guy’s Hospital. He attained his MSc in 1997 and was awarded the Diploma of Membership in Restorative Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2000.
He has been on the General Dental Council Specialist Register in Periodontics since 2000 and has worked exclusively within this field to the present day. This has involved both working in a private practice setting as well as teaching positions in some of London’s major dental institutes. He has been a guest lecturer and contributor to a number of master programs in the UK where his clinical expertise and knowledge has been called upon. His area of interest is that of soft tissue aesthetics on both natural teeth and dental implants and he has presented his work internationally.

Kia continues to work closely with implant companies in development of products that improve treatment outcomes and patient experience. He is one of an international group of renowned clinicians who contributed to a text book on Essentials of Esthetic Dentistry, published by Elsevier in 2015. This is in addition to numerous publications over the past 20 years. His current area of interest is that of immediate implant placement and treatment protocols for management of peri-implantitis.

Over the past two decades Kia has treated many thousands of patients and has established a referral based practice in central London with a reputation for outstanding patient care and clinical excellence. His experience means that he is able to deal with complex implant and periodontal cases.

Specialist in Endodontics

Dr Vittorio Franco have graduated at the University of Rome La Sapienza in 1991. Subsequently he developed a special interest in Endodontics (root canal treatment and retreatment), attending many postgraduate private endodontics courses and completed the postgraduate program in Endodontics at the University of Naples.
He worked in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics of Rome, Tor Vergata University and was an Endodontics consultant in the Fatebene Fratelli Hospital in Rome.

Vittorio is Specialist member of European Society of Endodontology (ESE) and at present, he is the Treasurer of the Society. He has been President of the Italian Society of Endodontics of the Society and served on the editorial Board of the Italian Endodontic Journal, and he is reviewer for many international journals and author of many scientific articles. Vittorio also contributes as trainer, developer, and tester with leading factories of Endodontic tools. He lectures nationally and internationally and is a visiting professor at many academic postgraduate courses in Endodontics.

He works exclusively in Endodontics and Endodontic Surgery under microscopic magnification on referred patients since 1998. He is registered in the UK on the GDC specialist list in Endodontics.
