You have been referred and your patient journey at Restorative Dental Practice starts here:

1. After being referred

Within 2 business days of your own dentist referring you to the Restorative Dental practice for a treatment you will get a call from Sarah. She will ask you a few questions and arrange a consultation appointment with the specialist that has extensive experience with the type of treatment you got referred to have performed.

2. Initial Consultation

This consultation will be in our office on Wimpole Street in central London. You will meet your specialist dentist that would perform a full and thorough examination whereby you will be explained treatment options and be able to ask questions, and we will give you details about how comfortable we can make your treatment.

3. Treatment plan

A few business days after your consultation you will get a written treatment plan that outline your options, cost, comfort options and more. Do not hesitate to reach out to us with questions and we will follow up soon after sending the plan to schedule a time.

4. Day of treatment

You will be met by your specialist dentists. It is quite normal to be nervous on the day of treatment, but you are in safe hands. We will help you make this a painless experience and remember we can even offer you sedation (read more here >). Your specialist dentist will walk you through your procedure and ask in questions you may have.

5. Follow up

Our dental follow starts immediately after your treatment. You will leave our office on the day of treatment with the dentist cellphone number and emergency numbers so you comfortable can go home and rest knowing you can get help in case of problems. We will call you a few business days later to check on your progress and in case of surgery we need to get you back in about a week later to check your healing progress
